Hahaha very funny guys! Luke, you want to try this weekend sometime? I don't have anything going on.
Going to change the TL's oil now. It sent me a txt, and apparently it wants it's oil changed and tires rotated! haha It's needy.

Whats the emissions laws in NC? Looking to register my car in NC as opposed to cali due to the fact that it would never pass.
Im running:
Invidia exhaust (test tube)
Injen intake and intercooler tubing
Boost controller
aftermarket turbo
Whats the chances of this passing or will i need to put a cat on there. And will i need to smog before i register if i just bought the car from a guy in california.

If you register in the state, you are subject to emissions testing once a year. You will need a cat on the car to pass. They don't harass us much around here for exhaust and stuff, so swap it out once a year and you should be good to go.
I'm not 100% on the DMV rules, but I know the guy that just bought my other car registered it, and technically it wasn't due until the beginning of the year, so he got away with 2 months without a sticker.
Something I suggested to another guy, and I myself do, is I register my car at my parents address in PA. PA has inspections, but unless I drive the car in PA I don't have to worry about getting an inspection. Something to consider if you have somewhere you could register it.
