How about our Myrtle beach guys?

 

There is a regional DSM/Evo meet in February already. Check the forums. Estimated 150+ people.

I wanted to attend that, but the meet in Jax is the weekend prior to our meet here in SC. No way I would be able to attend them both.

I would definitely go, but I had been planning the Meet here in Jacksonville for 5 months now. Hopefully next year I can go. I rarely get to make it up the coast.

 

the only problem with that meet is its a south oriented meet it would take us north guys 18+ hours to get there so we try to make it more central i say next year we try to combine them both in myrtle beach or somewhere more central

 

^^Now THAT is a great idea! In order to get a true representation of the East Coast, that might be the most plausible option. Get some of you Florida guys to head a little farther north!

 

I wouldn't mind going... As long as the event is 100% solid, well organized, and police isn't an issue I would go. Cost is something else that would have to be looked into and I'm not taking my car any where that's snowing, so that's something else to take into account. But yeah, I would do the 501 mi – about 8 hours 12 mins drive.

 

HAHAH! You and me both! Snow is NOT an option! I'm sure something could be planned to combine these meets at a good location and make it work.

 

Just got to find out who's dedicated enough to commit their time to plan and coordinate such an event. When this happens, then post it here and I'll see what I can do. Also make sure there's nice roads and crime isn't an issue.. We all spend lots of time and $ on our cars
