I'm 95% sure that's an Evo.

1 The oil spill on the passager side from the oil cooler.

2 SE/MR BBS wheels.

3 Door handle/door looks like an evo door to me.


But it's hard to get a clear look at the car to see what it is so it may not be an evo.

If it is though chances are we know the guy, lets hope its not an evo.

It is not a evo! Its a new honda accord I think. The engine is on the right and not the left like your evos. Also the wheels are not bbs's and there is no intercooler!
