I figure meeting at the Pilot gas station at 85 & Statesville rd is a good spot for the people coming from Concord/ Kannapolis or north Charlotte. How about 8:30? From that station it is about 5 mins to NC Music Factory.

RMT had a great suggestion of a trip to 421 the snake. I'd love to leave early one saturday morning and make a day of it.

What do you guys think? Would a couple weeks notice be adequate?

 

I would do that, that is a fun road and there is some great places in Boone to grab some good food!

 

Give us a date, as I'm sure you have the busiest schedule. I'll make a thread once we have a date established.

 

Make it for 2 to 4 weeks out and I will get some people together to go for sure! If we went at the right time I would say we could stop at the Daniel Boone Inn to eat! It is a great place for home cooking and you will get more food than you could eat in 3 days!

 

Would it be ok to use the HIS shop as a meeting place to caravan out?

i cant make to c&c this sat,got too much to do sat a.m. getting all christmas lights down and stuff.

 

According to this update from last month that Sloop sent me, it looks like Cars and Coffee is on for this Saturday morning 1/5/13. I will get there separately as I'm picking up a few friends and plan to be there around 8:30am.
