Charlotte Area Evo Owners
well i have to wait till i get the injectors in the mail then will roll to hickory to meet him there so he can install them and put e85 in and tune so i think i will be there around 4 or 5
Ah, I'll be gone way before then.
We tuned my car and put on a wastegate and fuel pump last weekend, and he had a great tune, but I don't want to leave the boost so high. We couldn't get the car back up on the lift anymore that day, so I have to come back tomorrow.
Anyways, I am running about 25PSI (according to my prosport gauge) and spiking at 30PSI. On stock turbo. Only mods on my car are TBE, Drop In Filter, Fuel Pump, and the Wastegate.
So yeah, I want to get it turned down to where I spike at 23 and stay at around 20/21.

Casey is the man. The tune went fast and easy the car picked up almost 800rpms in spool alone in 3rd gear and in 4th it hits full 28psi by 5000rpms plus it feels like it picked up around 60hp or more, i hit now 26psi at 5000 with gt35 with .82 housing and before it would hit 26psi around 57-5800rpms but the boost is set at 28psi it feels very fast. Casey did amazing job on the tune i defiantly recommend him to all evo owners out there he knows what he is doing and a great guy to talk to. The car loves e85 will put it on the dyno this Saturday and see how much it makes.

not to be funny or anything but there is alot of tuners including David Buschur, tunning car at 30psi on 93 octane and making killer power. but i dont like that high of boost on 93!! so it is fixed and now only doing 23 and fall off to 21 and now i think taylor is real happy with it!
Wow, I really need Casey to tune my car then. Anybody in the Carowinds/S. Tryon area have a timing belt tensioner tool that they can loan me for a few hours? I got some cams that I'm dying to install. PM me, I am planning to do the install at around 9ish? Thanks.
we have one of those in hickory what cams are you putting in?
But those cars have the supporting modifications to safely run 30psi on 93oct and yes they would make killer power. though based on the mods i know tylar has 30psi is not the ideal boost for his car to be running.
As for David Buschur personally i dont think hes a great tuner, great salesman yes, great tuner no.
