no racing for me this weekend.. not a huge fan of auto-x myself but it's fun to watch. I'll try to swing by about 11 or 12. Keep an eye out for me and just come say hey!

 

That sounds like a decent idea. I don't know if you guys are up for it, but I'm dying to check out rockingham. I hear it's a VERY nice drag strip and, since my car just got tuned, I'd like to see what it'll do. I'll make an overall post to see if there's any interest from the raleigh/fayetteville guys to go too... might be able to have one BIG meet down there

 

dude rockingham IS the track...

fville is fun cause when we do a freaky friday it looks like the state fair... everyone is drunk and a TON of fast cars...

but i have raced at rockingham a couple times and all im gonna say is you better bring your A game cause she is fast... we nicknamed rockingham the tranny breaker for a reason.... you can get a supra with 1000whp and street tires to hook there... well i wotn go that far but you get the idea.


AS SOON as i get my tranny built i WILL be going for 10's there

 

Justin man, hearing you talk about rockingham is why I wanna go. Whenever I go I'll prolly have to limp it off the line because I'm too scared of breaking my tranny to launch it if its that bad haha. Maybe I could put my stocker's back on so they might spin a little

 

naw man you'll be ok... i would worry about hookin and busting the t-case first.... i just broke mine there cause i no lift shift all the way down teh track.... we dont fuqq around here daddy... i prolly had 10 passes on your mods in one day at rockingham and just burned my stocker up no biggie...

you should def run high 11's just as it sits now out there..

well check there website... most of the time i got it is on a sunday..

called street wars... tehy do it like once every two months....

but im telling you when fville opens back up you HAVE to go... great time to show off on the track or look like a chump... attendance is in the low thousands every time... i always say if you dont get there before 9 you will wait in line for two hours just to get in the track..

when I lived in winston I only seen three other evos
I was the first tb evo8 and there was two red ones and one silver. the 03 silver one i know at the time had some power. but I hardly seen anyother evo guys/girls before I had to move and sell my baby
I meet up with several sti's, wrx's, M's, R32, Gti, Z... etc... But I only personally meet two other evo guys.
Made me feel pretty good haveing a car that you hardly see. there are alot of wrx/sti's and Z's

 

I spotted a stock looking black evo on Silas Creek today... anybody on here?

I didn't think this past auto-x was very good IMO

I did however see ANOTHER evo on Business 40 Friday (Silver, dark wheels (possibly MR wheels)) so I know there are at least 5 or 6 of us around here

 

What up- I only took a couple of shots of some cars at the Auto x, none of the stuff is really any good. I don't even want to waste the time to edit or put stuff to music as I normally do.
