In my opinion, the best thing to do would be to announce "We are leaving the Park n Ride in Orange City (exit 111-A) at xx:xx o'clock with or without you"

Be there or be square. Done. If you want to cruise, cool. Meet us there. If you want to go solo, more power to you. If we leave without you, sorry but we told you xx:xx o'clock.

Dont think i can make it to ride out with you guys, I havent even started on my car yet. I got the spark plugs and oil replaced today, car is sooo much better and smoother.
