Alrighty, i'm putting together a meet at Cocoa Beach, and need to know who all can make it, if anyone wants to carpool, etc. So far the date is this saturday, the 14th, and the plan is to take a cruise down 528 there and back (or 520 if no one wants to pay tolls lol). Also, does anyone know if we are allowed to grill on the beach, or is there a rule against that? So far meeting at Procco's at around 9:30-10am. Lets get a list started, and if anyone want to carpool, let me know so we can get a list started for that so everyone can work that out.

Recommend meeting at Procco's at 10 or 11 then a massive evo cruise out to Cocoa via 528.

Ocean Beach park near Ron Jon's surf shop south of the pier is a great place, but if you want free parking gotta go early. The ideal situation would be to have all of us park together...
Other parking is $10

Bring a football, a soccer ball, frisbees and or body boards, beach chairs and sunscreen.

Would we all be able to park at ocean beach park?

 

Yes there is quite a bit of parking around that area. There is free parking at Ron Jons, and a big parking lot next to an adult toy store, then 10 bucks across the 2 lane road for $10 bucks.

Ron Jon's parking is a garage, so no getting back into burning hot cars with that There's a bunch of parking lots in the area, hell we could always park at the strip mall across the street and walk if needed lol. It will work somehow!

Normally by the time it's raining in the Orlando area, it's already gone and went at the beach, so we should be alright

 

Ron Jons has a garage? I've never seen it there at this location. It's your cruise, I was just recommending a nice place

Once on A1A, it's an excellent spot to cruise in the Evo. Tons of people in weekend cars out enjoying the sun. Nice little cruise spot near the beach!

 

Sorry, my mistake. Not Ron Jon's, it's the Cocoa Beach Surf Company right next to it. It's a 4 or 5 story garage, and its free 24/7. Ron Jon's just has a free parking lot. Thanks for the maps

 

Oh yeah, hell yeah and no problem, just spread the word. Maybe some peeps from Palm Bay wanna meet us there - even Jacksonville? This will be awesome. 528 is such a damn good road to cruise on. Low traffic, straight shot.

Can someone do me a favor? I want rolling shots of my car so bad... I think a video or photos of the trip would be awesome. I'll get to meet some more peeps as well.
