got some not so great news guys, i was really looking forward to the shootout because it would be my first chance to really run the car to find out what she can do, but as of yesterday my wife's OB put her on bedrest. she has been having a really tough time with the pregnancy and the doc is afraid the baby will be premature if she doesnt take it very easy. this means i have to be around as much as possible to take care of our toddler. i dont think anyone would appreciate me running the 8th with him in the baby seat, except for maybe him!!! anyway , i am looking foreward to the pics and the smack talking from the event- good luck to all.

 

You can still bet, just bump the bet up to $30, no one has challenged my bet yet.

 

So , you running ? On this thread we ONLY wanna see smack talking from ONLY those that are running on this event . We do not want someone inciting the riot but but not running .

 

Be sure you guys check out the SparkTech tent at the shootout They will have some of the work on display and they'll be displaying some of their gear as well ..

 

is their a date set for this? would like to know. and are their going to be different classes?

We're thinking of setting up fair races so yes classes will be the best way to go for all . For the Evo X's since there aren't many going I guess we'll be running each-other as an open class then maybe run other Evo 8/9's .

Right now because of a huge turn out in their part it looks as-if its best for us to do our runs on SUNDAY ONLY . We shoild get something figured out within the next few hours .

LOL , still working on it . Looks like we'll set-up the races stock vs stock and big turbo vs big turbo . The X bunch will just race open since not many will come .

i need to race in the stock turbo class because i'm a very very very very did i say very bad driver .so is that ok
