Saw a WW Evo 9, Think it was an RS it was wingless. On Arlington Express Way today. I waved but he was spacing out!

Black CCWs? couldve been Justin.

Also seen a black 8 with an AMS fmic, chick driving it on 9a going north just past atlantic.
