Actually YES it does work like race gas but does not have the same ill effects as race gas.. Plugs burn so clean you can barely tell they are used.. no issues as of yet with cwills on e-85 and he drives it daily..

Of course its been done. I am leaning towards it...only downside is you get crappier mileage with E85.

Theory is. You save money by switching, lets say $1/gal then you lose it because E85 needs more energy to burn hence why you need bigger injectors for the fuel that is missing with the 93oct.

Oh, and one more side effect is "possible" weak starts.

E85 + meth is a beautiful thing...lots of fireworks coming out of the exhaust, more timing can be ran.

Mike, PM me the price for an E85 kit.

Anyone in the Orlando area I noticed yesterday they had E-85 off the Turnpike at the Turkey Lake service plaza. This is the only one I have seen but I'm sure more will be opening soon.

Question, will something be damaged if E-85 is used on un-converted Evo? Won't the E-85 help "clean up" some of the fuel components being close to race gas or will it screw up things? Will it run funny? Thanks.

E-85 doesnt require a Conversion Exactly,, More so you need Upgrades to support the extra fuel youll need to run e-85..

So Mike, will I hurt anything by filling up once in a while with E-85 (any pos/neg effects?) or should I stick with 93? Thanks.
