This comes after a long and thoughful process, but my wife and I want to purchase our first home and we found the perfect townhouse in Weston. I need to reduce some of my financial obligations in order to get better rate, so the Evo needs to go. I will most definitely purchase an Evo again, but at this time my family's future is a priority.

The car is in mint condition, never abused and never pushed hard. The only time it has seen close to redline is when CWill tuned and dynoed the car at AWD Motorsports two months ago. The car made 347.69whp/325.95wtq on 22.45psi. You can ask Mike and Chris how picky I am about my car, so I guarantee that you will be satisfied with it's condition. The only "issue" that we know of is that the stock ECU sometimes throws Lean code, but that is due to the larger injectors. If the injectors are swapped back to stock the engine code will be eliminated for good, but I see no reason for that. Please note the dyno sheet and you will see that the car is mapped to be in very safe zone and the fuel line is perfect.

The car sees Mobil 1 EP oil changes along with OEM filter every 2,000 miles on the dot. CWill just flushed the tranny and diffs with OEM Diaqueen fluids.
