Raleigh/Durham/Triangle Area Meet
Well, the guy in Socal who tuned my car put it plainly: you drive on the road daily, not on the dyno. Hence, tuning my car using real world applications only makes sense. Besides, he charged me a third less than others that have to pay for a dyno, shop rent, etc... This guy was a genius too; he's a professor @ UCLA who's a part of the SCCA Circuit. He Races on the weekends and when he's not teaching. He also owns a Evo VIII and a Nissan SE-R race car. Therefore, I know he's not tuning for the $$$; he's tuning because he was tired of other tuners ripping customers off and not being able to produce a good/safe tune for them.

Thanx bro, are you guys meeting up and all cruisin together? If so, where and when?
Not sure about the time, but I live in Durham so I'm prolly closest to you. We can meet up and drive over to meet up with BJ and Mark if you want. Just shoot me a PM if you're interested and I'll send you my #
well tech nobody has seen it run actually tuned and stuff lol.. last time the 12.2 @ 90 lol with 3sec of braking was bc of every blown off vac line on the manifold and a ton of knock and no tune in 2 yrs... so we will see..i ran a 11.8 straight bs'in the whole track in a shakedown run so we wil see...
I honestly wanna get Los out there.. that thing has consistent 10 sec passes in it easy

I updated the OP with the time for Sunday. We're gonna plan to leave Raleigh at 11:30 to head to the track. Not sure where we'll meet in Raleigh yet... maybe in Brier Creek so we can easily get to I40?
welcome new guy!! haha...Hell yeah looks like we may have a pretty decent turn out for this test & Tune meet...so 11:30am sound good for everyone to meet up and head out of the Raleigh area??
