Anybody in the area want to head out to the Phenix City Drag Strip on Sunday?

Sounds good to me I'll pass by there in a little bit to see what the hours of operation are. I think they start running about noon or just afterwards.

Can't information on equipment til tomorrow before they open the gates, or if they will allow us to run. I think sundays are their money days. According to their site though they open the gates at 11 and start running at 12 sharp.

Just called the strip. No need for safety inspections to run on the track. Although they do close tonight aorund 7pm so we need to figure a time to go that we can agree on to get some runs in

 

We could meet up about 1600 at piggly wiggly and roll from there, so every one has a place to meet. We should have enough time from there to make some runs at the track.
