All Traffic lawyers do is hope that the Cop doesn't show up.

If you personally take it to the track then you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

I'd be happy if they would just crack down on the ridiculous "donks" with 24" wheels on a '72 Cutlass with drum brakes.

That **** can't be safe.

What's really scary is that they can't afford new tires so they drive around on slicks (saw it again today) and then just slap the donut on whichever one blows first. Then they buy 4 different random used tires and start over.

A person riding a motorcycle shall keep both wheels on the ground at all times, unless there is a circumstance beyond their control.

Beyond your control.. I would say its my first bike. Im still learning.

these new laws are mostly because of bikes. To many of them are going down. I know of 4 deaths locally just this month

I saw what was left of a motorcycle accident last night on 17-92 here in Orlando. A cover was over someone on the ground and little pieces of motorcycles lying around.

I personally hate these threads. Lets face it guys if your going 50+ over I dont see a problem with the huge fines. I lived in Tampa for a while and people SUCK at driving, and that is tampa lets not talk about Rte. 19 in clearwater. They build tracks to speed on why is it nessassary in public? I remeber a stupid *** ricer civic trying to make the turn from bearss ave to BBD blvd at like 60 or something to beat the light and the car ended up on its roof - To be honest I just sat in my work truck laughing at the entire situation.

as for the wheelie thing that pisses me off for some reason. May be the fact that a friend of mine flipped a bike over on a highway from doing a wheelie and "trying to 12 0clock it"
