Paid him $550 for an accessport on Sunday. He pm's me back saying he made a mistake and wants $570 for it. Asked me to send him $20 more or he can refund me my money. I start getting a bit uneasy about the transaction and ask for the refund. He then states that he'll refund me the money but not until the following day. No refund him on Monday. He then contacts me on Tuesday saying he'll send the refund. Still no money from him. Also offer to work something out and I give him my phone number. No call back. I've pm'd and emailed him several times. He doesnt reply.

received a pm from him 2/1/09 @ 7:22pm saying he'd refund me the following day. Never received the refund on 2/2/09. Received a pm from him today @ 3:44pm saying "Ok...Hang on I will refund you don't worry." Still nothing from him.
