I don't drive my car hard, but man it would make me nervous putting that many miles on any oil. I know it's exceptional oil though. now in my car i am super picky i change it ever 3k max,,,, however oil analysis has shown this oil to be perfect at 7k

hmmm, yeah that's what I would prefer as well ( 3k ) but with the cost of the AMS vs the Mobil 1 extended then 5-7 with the AMS would make more sense money wise.
