Hi, do you know where could I buy an Apexi AVCR or HKS EVC near the Durham area?? (I have trouble finding the HKS specially)

Just pick one up online man. I live in Durham/Raleigh but I don't really know of any performance shops around here. Check out some of the vendors on the site like STM or TTP. I've ordered several things recently from STM and their customer service and shipping were top notch.
