EDIT: LINKS FIXED

These two pictures do all the talking.

First shows my car was re-angled from the impact. I was traveling in a straight direction, and without turning the wheels of the car, my front end was shifted to the left. Only way this is possible is for the impact from the right side to come at a very high speed.

Second shows that I am not even in the intersection, nor out of my lane. It shows he cut the corner way out of the normal turning path of a safe, controlled turn.

How these two pictures wouldn't settle the case is beyond me. Waiting to hear back from their insurance now that they have photos (which apparently no one has sent him prior).

Wow if the other driver is trying to deny fault, this might get ugly soon. Some people really have no brains at all. First he thinks he can be cool and drift around a corner and now he thinks he can get out of it.

Get the police report which should point the blame and if the insurance company is still complaining, take them to court. You have a countless number of people on here that will vouch.

EDIT: By the way, those links don't work

Ya, but I think what they are trying to play is that the cop didn't judge it correctly, which is bogus. But I have a feeling the insurance rep was fed an outrageous 'story' by the driver. But he had no photos or witnesses to prove such a claim.

I am hoping with the photos and police report I sent over will put an end to this sooner rather than later.

Well if guy doesn't come through, he's gonna be hunted down by the rest of the Evo community. I'll laugh if he tries to show up to another meet.

does sport even have a bodyshop? when they replaced my wing on my 03 for the cf fading. they had one in stock painted a different color.. they painted it for me to my color white.. it was the worse paint job i had ever seen. The color didnt match and had there was tons of dirt in the paint.
im just trying to help out I understand you took it to them not knowing anyother place. No matter where you go you can request that your car only be fixed with oem parts anywhere. I dont know where you are from I personally like recovery room over in altamonte.

It looks bad, but that car is worth a lot more than the price of the fix...they should fix it, and complain bitterly to them if they try to low ball you and say they won't fix it. Do you have anti-depreciation coverage? I put that on my EVO X MR as it would depreciate $16,000 just driving it off the dealer's lot.

Ouch EVO on EVO im very sad to see two EVO in a bad shape.

If you do the crime you should pay the fine (for the owner of the blue EVO)

p.s. I saw a few picture of some accident of the Ferrari club over the years. not fun but s**t append sometimes.

I hope that your implying that the driver of the blue evo was at fault and should pay for the damages, because I wasnt even at the scene of the accident much less had knowledge that my car was even being driven. Get your facts straight (Zophar)
