I also have an HKS Intake with Maf Adapter, but no filter. It has been cut down a bit so I could fit a Perrin Filter on with it. The MAF adapter that comes with it is the smaller 4" adapter which will not fit the larger Perrin Filter, you will have to get a Vibrant Maf adapter for that, looking to get $50
Last item is a Perrin Filter, 4.5" inner diameter, used about 4 months. Looking to get $25
I will try and post pics later on today if I can find my digital camera while unpacking
