I toasted a silver wrx today on Capital in the rain. It was the previous model but had the new style taillights. You know him Brian?

 

nope, only wrx's i know is a new 2004 white subaru wrx with a bov and japanese style front licence plate

and a 2003 blue wrx with bov as well haha

dont know any silver ones tho

 

That's not the white, aftermarket turbo upgrade, Stg. 3 WRX w/ white rims and tint all around making ridiculous hp, is it?

Ive heard low 12's with out Nos, my friend who works at Subaru says that the thing that is holding back his car is his Front mount, if he kept top mount or got a better front mount it would be a true beast.

the thing is a beast tho haha ive gotta talk to him one day

 

Yeah, that's the one. He took off on me - making a right hander onto Sand Forks on day - when my car was still in the break in period Is he running cat converter-less?

My freaking gauge is not here yet - so my car's still in "limp mode" (the but dyno feels like I boosting 15psi MAX) I hope it gets here today or tomorrow am.

You got any mods in that thing yet? After I get my DP I should be right at 300 wheel hp (depending on my boost level). I may need to look for some winter tires. Anyone out there thinking about this?

I think I will make it tomorrow. Do you think they will mind if we build a bon fire in the parking lot? Ha ha!! It is gonna be COLD!!! The rain looks like it will hold off though. See you guys tomorrow. We should make it a little earlier, like 2 PM or something.

I agree with making it earlier -- more toward the warmer part of the day.

 

2pm works for me. It takes me an hour to get there, plus I need to do an oil change, vacuum and wash. Should be fun in the 40 deg weather. Unfortunately, holiday shopping traffic is going to suck.

There's also all-weekend drag racing in Kinston. It might be time for me to learn how to launch...

I'll be there at 2 pm also. Bringing a friend with a GSX. I figured if a Scubaru is allowed to come a fellow 4G63 should be allowed to come, even if its only got 2 doors. Bringing my pocketlogger. I need to datalog a stock car. Any volunteers?
