Curious though on who had the quickest time?? My best was 7.8 but I know others did better. Did anyone break 7.5??

 

You car ran hard man, I know that red IX w/ the bra on the hood was running really good too.

 

My best was 7.7, I dont think anyone broke 7.5, that was my goal, since thats what my timeslip said from previous 1/4 mile runs, but those time i ran with 2 galons of 100 octane and higher boost.

 

Yea thats my friend pete(pls...) his car is sick. Sucks though, I had to tune AFR/boost and timing for maybe 6 passes and only had 2 good runs..(8.0 & 7.8)

 

I was in disney world that weekend and my friend was heading down their to pick up his evo. It was an absolute coincidence that their was a meet at the same weekend

Apparently you don't realize how sucky the track was, I had to turn down my boost 4-5psi and even then it was a pain, regular low 11s and 10 sec cars were running mid-high 7's in the 1/8th

 

It looked like they prepped the $hit out of the track! I saw that tractor on the track almost more then I saw some of the cars!

I heard the tires making that awesome sticking sound as they were driving in the staging lane.. that sounds like prep but egghh I didn't drive on it so IDk

PS the announcer dude was SOOOOOOO annoying lol he never ran out of things to say!

 

Trust me no, I usually run 7.3/7.4's on the 1/8th and that was with a Red....the announcer dude was cool I thought, he was just trying to keep things going
