Need Good Shop in Atlanta Area to Dyno Tune Evo
have you considered remote tuning? ... pm touringbubble (on here and evoatlanta.com)... great guy.. he has done both my tunes for both of the evo's i've owned.... he's located in AL
topspeed is also another local shop who does tuning...
and zen motorsports is another shop... but i don't know if they do in house tuning...
evoatlanta.com has good info... as well check it out
not sure if dyno4mance is still around... but i've heard they have a good tuner...

I personally would recommend Spec-Ops for a tune. I've paid for atleast 4 tunes in the past and they are #1 out of the 4 I've gone with in the past
Hey I'm new to the forum and recently just purchased a evo 9. I don't know how to create a new thread so i thought since this one is talking about shops in the atlanta area i could ask my question here. Sorry for having to ask in this thread. Im trying to get my emissions done and since my car is essentially straight piped with no cats etc it won't pass. Does anyone know of a good shop near atlanta that could pass my car for me or get it to not throw the codes long enough for it to pass? i could really use some help. Thank you so much in advance

You just need a shop that will "pass you" on inspection. If you are throwing emissions related codes then this site has the info you need to fix those.
There is an emissions place off of Peachtree Industrial (just below 285 going south) on the left side. Some arab/Persian dudes run it. They know the deal and as long as the ECU passes the computer they dont give you static.

I know you want a place in the Atlanta area to tune your Evo but if you are willing to drive Browning tunning is in moultri GA. I'm actually going down there tomorrow to retune mine. Andy and Derreck both have 750 plus Evos and the shop is located on an airstrip for you to test it after it is tuned. Just a thought but in my opinion they are one of the best tuners in GA
