hey all,
I recently moved to GA and now Im trying to get my car registered here.
Many people have been telling me that even a car without a cat will pass the emissions here in GA as long as there are no codes when OBDII plugged. Currently, my car has an aftermarket exhaust and test pipe.
I just want to verify this before I take my car to any shop, so if anyone can help me out with this I would really appreciate it.
