Ok so I just joined the Evo club (wanted one since the first Gran Turismo!). Its an '03 Evo 8. After looking at the carfax and my own personal observations about the car, I believe the first owner loved the car. They drove it for about 7 years. After that though, it 2 owners in almost 2 years. Its in need of some serious TLC. Here is the list I have so far:

Driver door actuator seems to not be functional
Driver door handle seems to not be fully installed (loose)
It seems like the alarm (aftermarket) has a malfunctioning ignition kill or there is short somewhere.
RH headlight has a standard bulb in it, not an HID like the driver.
Various missing screws from aftermarket radio install.

I have always wanted an Evo and would really like to give this car some lovin. So my question is, where is the best place to take her in Orlando? I have no doubt that some of this could be big $$$, so I may not be doing it one sitting.
