WTB: 03-06 Evo

I am looking to buy my first Evo. Looking for a clean Evo 8 or 9. Willing to drive some for the right one. Around $18k is what I am looking to spend but ofcourse if the price is lower I won't complain.
Also if someone is interested Id be willing to do a trading deal with my built 00 SS with 34,000 miles, 408ci (Less than 10 miles), Spray, TH400, 12 bolt rear etc. even or some cash on my end for the right one. Should run low 6's on one gun, have not had it to the track with the current setup yet. I have another SS that is built too, Im just wanting to try something different.
Must have clean title.
No accidents.
Not interested in yellow.
Under 60k is preferred.
Prefer to have a sunroof.
Mods are ok just pm me what they are.
Willing to drive some but prefer to keep it around SC, NC, GA, TN, VA, FL.

It has a AMS built 2.3 stroker motor

Hks 272 cams
Sheep tranny with 4.11 final drive
I have. A bulls eye 80mm 80 back housing turbo set up new
Gato intake manifold with 2 fuel rails new
8 1600 cc injectors brand new
AMS 1000 boost controller new
Wilson throttle body 90 mm new
Weldon 2345 fuel pump new for achool or gas
Haltech ps 2000 kit with 5 bar map with air temp water and throttle sensors
Custom exhaust manifold
Full roll cage for 8 sec
All the nesseray stuff it just need breaks,rims and tires for your setup street or track
It has custom paint evo rally red and orange faded in and out line in green my screen pic I want to get rid of quick , I'm having all the new stuff added now at shop getting re wired let me know if interested also has exdeddy triple carbon clutch and lots of carbon fib or stuff and many other options

I have a 03 fully mod evo for sale it has 31000 miles on body , 2500 on new motor
