Sup fellas, I just installed the tanabe ultra medallion titanium xhaust. I love the power increase and how light it is but I was looking for something that was full titanium AND as quite as the stock exhaust. (i doubt such an exhaust exist) But I want to sell this and try the new greddy titanium exhaust coming out soon to see if I like that better (over $1000 list price).

The tanabe lists for $950 and people sell them new for $750+ shipping.

I figure the sooner I sell this, the sooner I can get the Greddy exhaust so since I've already used the Tanabe for a week or so, I'll sell it to the first lucky one with **$645 cash**. It is brand spanking new..no dents or scratches and NO SHIPPING FEES since I will only sell it regionally in orlando. Again, I will not ship. PICK UP ONLY to first one with the cash.

I thought the tanabe was full titanium? I was looking at the Greddy but may be interested in yours, do you still have it?

 

yeah I have it. I'm waiting to sell the Tanabe before getting into the Greddy (but greddy lists over $1000). Tanabe is super light (you'll be surprised how light when you pick it up) but i still want greddy since i have greddy everything else. BTW, surprisingly...the Tanabe has quited down and is not loud anymore. The tone is very aggresive now. I guess it just needed to be on the car for a week to settle down?
Still for sale but PICK UP ONLY in orlando. I will not ship. You can't lose at the price I am asking.

I just received the exhaust from Greddy so I need to find time to put it on.

glad you like it man...it is real quite and for the price, it can't be beat especially since it is titanium muffler...and did i mention i only had it on my evo for about 2 weeks? Have fun with it!

 

Yeah I was there the day it was installed so I knew it was almost new when I was buyng it.

BTW, I'd like to see how the taillights came out. I want to spray paint mine too. I'll PM you sometime, maybe you can come out to an OrlandoForums meet on Weds nights. Brian has been there.

Just curious, does the EVO Tanabe exhaust have a reducer in it?

I liked the sound of the Tanabe Super Racing Medalion exhaust on my 2G Eclipse but I was very disappointed that it had a reducer on it.

 

Unfortunately it does have a reducer (which I will get cut off and replaced with a 3" pipe). Otherwise it fits perfect, and what I mean by that is not only does it bolt up perfect, but it doesn't hang low. It has a slight angle (jdm style) but not so angled that it looks wrong. Very happy so far.
