Can anyone familiar with the area chime in and give me some good areas to look for a house. I have kids so a good school district is paramount.

I think I would prequalify for about 200k to 250k. Thanks in advance

The Raleigh guys can chime in, but it looks like Cary is in your future my friend!

I've heard Cary is nice. Looks like its right next door. I'm looking at Garner, Morrisville....as far away as Zebulon and Fayetteville. Looking at all areas inbetween. I currently travel about 45 minute to an hour to work because of traffic (Atlanta is pretty bad). Work is about 37 miles away one direction. So while I don't mind that kind of commute but it would be cool if work was closer or if traffic wasn't as bad in the Raleigh area as it is in Atlanta.

Apex out of the big 4 lol (raleigh, durham, apex, cary) to me would be the best, just outside of raleigh so a little slower pace, not as expensive as cary, and a lot cleaner and better area than durham, I use to live right outside raleigh off of US1

As bad *** as the car scene is here in Fayetteville, It is a Dump . But if you need any parts for your car 9 times out of 10 you will find it in Fayetteville.

And Force-Fed Performance is here. What else could you ask for? lol

I did notice that. I got some suggestions on where to look. Thanks for the heads up on Fayetteville. I was considering there despite the distance.
