Just wanted to post a thread about my experience with my tune from browningderek here on the forums. First of all i went to derek with issues in regards to my powerband. My powerband was very short, at first being around 6000-7200 on EF4 turbo and 2.0. Derek made a few logs, adjusted some timing and pulled everything out of it he could. The car made about 420 WHP. After a month or so, staying in touch with him we came up with a solution for the powerband. Derek knew that the cams i had werent aggressive enough and we were definetly gonna need more fuel. Also the car was unable to breathe up top due to the restriction with the stock intake manifold. I bought everything i needed, 1100cc injectors, map Rev 3 intake manifold, and GSC S2 cams and drove to moultrie GA to Dereks shop. Immediatly he started working on my car, he was able to get everything installed annd tuned in 2 days. HE took his time, explained any questions i had, and let me know exactly what he was doing. He also gave me the option of a road tune or dyno tune (doesnt have dyno but works on a dyno in tallahasse Fla) I chose road tune being as i like the real world condition tune for my car. Derek gave me the best price of any tuner i have dealt with, not only on instillation but tuning as well. After a few hours of logs and tuning he squeezed out 517 whp and 412 TQ on my evo ix. Not only is he a reputable tuner, but someone easy to get in touch with and fair at what he does.He will Squeeze every ounce of horsepower out of your evo. Browningderek is not only a tuner of cars, he has self built and tuned his own 800 whp evo. I was so impressed with his professionalism and patience that i had to write a thread to let anyone know in the southeast about browningderek. If any one who is in a few hours of derek and wants there car to be tuned to the max hp and tq your set up can handle, definetly get in touch with him. not only does he tuned evos, he tunes also builds hondas, tunes supras etc....Especially the Ga Guys guys in the local rear of south GA. No excuse not to get the best performance out of your car and not have to worry about getting backlogged months in advanced for a tune.
