We are having a meet Feb 22nd at the SCCA autocross at the Birmingham Race course. Here are the details:

For those competing in the AutoX: follow the SCCA Schedule.
7:00 Gates Open
7:30-9:00 Registration
8:00 to 9:00 Tech Inspections
9:00 Registration Closes
9:15 Driver’s Meeting
9:45 Workers on Course
10:00 Start Timed Runs
5:00 Trophy Presentation
5:30 Clean Up


For those not competing in the autoX

9:00: meet for breakfast at Shoney's on 119 In Pelham.

10:00: arrive at Autocross
Lunch: whenever the members competing can go to lunch.
6:00 (or whenever clean up is done): Dinner at Applebee's in Trussville

The meals are of course all optional. If you are going to arrive late to the track, thats fine.


Items you will need to bring:

If you are competing:

A helmet. (If you do not have a helmet, they have loaner helmets avalible.)
$25.00 registration fee.

For those competing and not competing:
these are just suggestions:
A cooler with plenty of water.
Plenty of clothes (depending on the weather)
Sunblock (again, depending on the weather)
a lawn chair
A camera and/or video camera (I will probably have both)
