Hey southeast region!

My name is David Alvarado. I've been on the forums for a few years now and own an 06 IX MR. I am from the D.C. metro area but I am relocating to the Miami area come June. I am looking to make some contacts and produce some leads to help push my career. I'll just say a little bit about myself and what I do.

I have my undergraduate degree from University of Maryland in Physical Sciences (concentration in Mechanical Engineering). I am working on a masters in Project Management (from Univ. of MD) and plan to get my PMP in the near future. Currently I work for a small/medium sized commercial painting contractor as an estimator and project manager. I am looking to break into the real estate industry (whether it be commercial or residential). I have plans to get my real estate license once I am in Florida to have that background and something else to put on my resume. I am hardworking and driven to better my life and do what I need to do to grow my career. Basically I am looking for any contacts/leads in the construction or real estate industry.

Sup , Miami is a lot of funny if your making the $$$$. Good luck down there, shouldn't really have to much trouble finding something in realestate with all the condo's townhomes..
