I believe Tampa and the suberbs such as Brandon, Valrico, Sun City, Riverview...all count as southeast. I was down there for a couple weeks on leave. I grew up down there, went to highschool there as well then joined the Navy. I come down from time to time. I'm posting in the right section for where I am at the time of the posting

I was down at Tampa for a few days for a conference at MacDill AFB and saw two different Evos. I saw an AS one heading away from MacDill on Dale Mabry on Wednesday, 21 Jan around 5pm. It was lowered with bronze colored OEM Enkei wheels. I saw a two-tone (Rally Red on bottom and black on top) Evo heading towards MacDill on Dale Mabry on Thursday around 1:30 pm.
