Spotted white evo with low hanging aftermarket exhaust and 3 gauges on the A-pillar parked at the end of the Best buy parking lot in Cary,NC crossroads plaza. I see it parked there more than once, looks like someone works around there.

saw a lancer oz rally that was yellow i think... next to ingles off east jones bridge and peachtree parkway... and then i saw a lancer evo... i think it was an rs... not sure... but it was gray...
I've seen this GG before and there was a red EVO next to it 
This time I stopped in the KK parking lot and snapped a picture.. Today there was a yellow S2K next to the EVO... This is in Marietta, near 120 loop and Cobb Parkway....

the one you saw going south on Kirkman,.... that was a long time ago but it might have been me. I have a white IX.
also,...
spotted, a blue VIII coming in into my hood around 8:40am and flashed the lights at me.
South OBT, by the big Toyota dealership.
