A bunch of us GADSM people are going to go to Atlanta Dragway in commerce for fast fridays. We are meeting at discover mills at 4 and caravaning up. If you come look for the blue evo, that will be me.

Had a great time, It was me, Jeb and Mike and there were about 2-3 evo's doing the 1/4 mile but no one got into the 12's. On a better note on the way home I ran into a 03 cobra with full exhaust. Man this car hauled ***, we raced 2 times from 85-110 and he pulled about 1/2 car on me, I have to say my car only put's down 320whp but is running with 430ish HP cars, I did beat a Z06 and I know this cobra would do the same. I am having 2nd doubts about getting a bigger turbo just need about 20whp more and I will be set Also lets get some date's about getting a bunch of evo's to the strip!

 

I would love to have seen that, but ohh well can’t win them all. I bet if you had as much carbon fiber as that is300 you’d kill him. Yeah last night was a blast…need to do it again very soon!

 

What were the #'s that you guys made? Some of us are going to meet up with SELOC sunday. (SouthEastern Lexus Owners Club) I got beat by a SuperCharge IS 300 from their crew and some of us are gonna go run it again. Its off 10th st. ext. in down town around 2 p.m.. I think the guy that started this thread had the best run, if I remember correctly it was like 13 flat @ 104mph. Ohh well at least it bested the two sti's that were running last night.

I would of went but you have to have pants and I had shorts on, lol just my luck. Lets plan a day so we can get about 10 evo's going. :-)

 

Yeah with “sonicevoboom” having no pants seems to be a common occurrence.

Hey so right before I got off on pleasant hill, could you tell that the autronic was an improvement over stock? I'm used to it now so it's harder for me to tell.

I am down to go next time. I should run deep into the 12s with the cams or I will be very dissapointed.

 

Get ready to be dissapointed then, It's harder then it loost. A RT-10 Viper turned a 13.5 three times. NO evo was in the 12's OR STI.

 

Man Ryan that Cobra had some good top end to keep up with you but on the highway it is prettty fast thats where the blower really comes alive. If only you where running a little more boost in the upper rpms you would have stomped him. Maybe up from 18 to 20.
