Hey all...I've been in NOVA for the past 10 years, and am finally making the move South to the Sunshine State...the Tampa area to be more specific...I have my current home in NOVA under contract, and we are scheduled to close on May 6th with a 30-day rent back...so that puts us in Tampa around the first week of June. We will probably pop down to Tampa in mid-May to do some house hunting, though...we already have a buyer's agent in Tampa and he is compiling a list of houses for us to look at. We can get a nice house down there for the same price as a 2BR condo in NOVA. It will be great to finally have a garage for the Evo!
