I live in Newport, TN. I'm about 45min-1hr away from Knoxville. Just bought a MR from dealership in Knoxville last night. I would be interested in getting to know some evo owners around here . Just let me know if you guys plan anything.

which dealers do you recommend or NOT recommend???

there are only one in nashville(hays mitsu) and another one at murfreesboro
I went to hays mitsu in nashville last year in nov. to buy my evo...
and went to murfreesboro mitsu...
the guys at HAYS, the manager...were not being honest about evo's price...
where as sales man at murfreesboro mitsu was being reall honest with me...
i got mine 03 gsr sunroof included 28600+tax,etc...
i dont know about to 05 model...since ACD is standard.....it will be more expensive
compared to rs model prior to 05..
but this is my guess...if you wait till summer and there are still evos sitting in the lot...
you should expect it at invoice....that i mean by the INVOICE that dealer gets from mitsu corp not the sticker price that dealer puts up by the window of the car (MSRP)

I live in knoxvegas and i own a 2003 lancer, has anyone got together at any meets? I have never heard of any car shows in knoxville.

 

you wont really see any lancer meets or anything. There was a tiny one a while back with 3 of us evo owners and a guy with a rallyart. That was about it.

 

03 White Evo. Columbia, TN (south of Nashville) Sounds like this thread is starting to get some good response. Let us know when you guys are gonna plan a gathering, maybe a meet and great. I know I met Chad in Murfreesboro on the Saturday night gathering. Also, SCCA has started up the season at Nashville Super Speedway, this might present a good opportunity for some of us to meet up and have a fun day at the track, if anyone is into that. Next event is April 2.
