Someone hit my evo today!

Someone hit my evo today in the parking deck i park at. Luckily she left me a note and agreed to pay for everything with a check. Too bad for her the tail light she hit was estimated at $239 for a total of $636.23. But I have a question for everyone. When I started my car after the accident my check engine light came on, do you think this is related to it? Also is there anywhere I can take it in the atlanta area besides a dealership that is more friendly on mods, I have a safc and a boost controller so I don't want any trouble with this. Thanks for the help on this terrible day for me.

maybe she bent the exhaust? Some one hitted me on wednesday...dumb *** wasn't looking forward (I saw thru the mirror) and slam on the brakes to late and BAM! Lucky I saw him coming and moved up as far as I can. No dent, just some of his paint that I had to wipe off from the bumper.

I'd bring it to a dealership and just get it all checked out. Better to be safe than sorry

I don't think any dealership will accept the AFC and MBC. You are probably going to have to hide them somehow. Bring it by the house (if you are still at UGA?) and we can hide your toys. I think if they saw the AFC that they would really freak. The MBC won't be as bad b/c it almost looks like a stock piece depending on where you locate it.

Shoot me a PM if you want. I have some stuff I want to show you.

I got some good news. When I started the car this morning the check engine light went off so there's no need to get it checked out anymore. Thanks for the help anyway though.

Cool. We still need to get together. And I just remembered you can take your car to AutoZone and have them run a diagnosis on your car for free. Might be something to do for the fun of it.
