I've chilled for more than a YEAR! I need to quench my Need For Speed! And im going to do that with need for speed. I bet that when you see me playing it in my car at a meet your gonna wanna get it...

 

ok, so i have some terrible news......

my car is now history. got into an accident tonight at around midnight. was goin to drop off a frnd in newmarket. was on a side road with no street lights and was in a wooded area. a deer jumped in front of my car. i made an effort to save the deer and i ended up in a ditch! mmy car from what i could see is totaled. this tree branch went stright thru the passenger window where my frnd was sitting and went out of the driver side back window. she had very minimal bruises and cuts. another frnd was sitting in the back, but both her and i walked away scratch less. i thank god for not taking my frnds life because i have no idea how that branch didn't hit her. i am EXTREMELY grateful of that. no air bags went off. not even the curtain airbags. right side of my car was completely done and so was the front. i will be taking some parts off to sell once i hear back from insurance. im not even sure if i will be able to get a car bc my insurance is for sure going to sky rocket! i have no pics, sorry. my frnd had my phone and she went to the hospital right after it happend. so, please dont call it in case you guys want to talk to me. will leave a msg here once i get it back.

anyways, im happy to be alive and also that my frnds are ok as well. cars come and go i guess. was a wicked time while it lasted with all you guys. thanks for all the help and wicked events we attended together. i am sure i will be back on the map soon. not sure with what car yet though. im pretty sure it wont be a lancer though.....

Damn G! soo sorry to here, glad you all made it out ok, I had the same thing happen, a deer jumped out and i swirved to miss it, no where near as much damage as it sounds, but because i didnt HIT the deer, it goes against me as losing control, and my insurance went up, a bit... damaged looked like not much, but all the hidden **** behind the bumper, $5000 worth... hope it works out for ya, hopefully u have 2yrs no depreciation on ur insurance so if nothing else, your car is paid off and you get the difference in ur pocket,, goodluck bud, call me if you need help with anything, ill pm the #

Wow G that's horrible. So glad you're okay though, and you're right...cars will always come and go. I know you had a lot of work into her but when one door closes another opens. Maybe now you could get that Evo X.

Hope your insurance isn't effected too much. My insurance broker always tells me you should just hit the deer because it's covered if you do, its when you swerve and crash that its not or something like that I can't remember.

I'm very sad for you Again, glad you guys are all safe and okay.

 

**** man that sucks... what terrible luck... fate... whatever you believe.
Its crazy how fast **** happens and can change your life. I almost died on the 400 last year with my g/f, inches literally near death, makes you take a look at things differently and cherish everyday after. A lot of everyday amenities like walking, breathing, eating, seeing ect are all not even thought about and taken for granted on an everyday basis.
Experiences like this really make you take a step back and realize how lucky we all are because these luxuries can be taken away in an instant. There is always that question, what if.. what if I was just another foot to the right or left... what if I hit the deer, what if I didn't brake at that instant ect.. you could go crazy thinking about it..
I'm sure your pretty shaken up, I was.. best thing get back in another car and drive like it never happened.
