that gym is so small and the equipment there sucks. Come to the good life on hwy 7 and 27. It's going to open next week and it's HUGE and amazing!

 

I am there every monday to thursday around 6 pm

You guys are talking about the Goodlife just east of Hwy 404 along Steeles right? Is that a really nice gym?

I went to the one just south of that on Gordon Baker Road (literally like 2 minutes drive). It was so nice when it used to be a Bally's... it was like 4 floors! Now they shrunk it to a third of it's original size... filled in the pool to use it as an exercise floor... so depressing.

no the good life gym there is complete crap.
It's small and the equipment there is old and useless
sorry if it sounds harsh but go to a quality gym if you want to train seriously

Saw OB Evo X at YD today...around like 7-8 pm? I think it was Crester, looked like his rims parked on the level right below the outside roof parking lot

Was at Yorkdale last night and saw a white EVO X MR there. It had the red MR badging... the err mini lip on the back end of the tall spoiler in black... and a similar lip spoiler on the trunk lid in black.

I thought it was deanob at first... but I know he switched up his rims for winter.
