New Intake for Lancers!

I was going to go play some Dragon Age as soon as I got home from work, but I couldn't do so in good conscience, without letting the club know:
There is a new option for intakes for our car!

http://www.hiprospeed.com/HPS-Shortr...-p/27-162r.htm

Looks pretty good to me! Anything as an alternative to RRM. Not hating on RRM, but there aren't enough lower cost SRI's on the market for our car.

Also note: you can get different colours!

Where can you get a lower priced SRI for our car?

I look around for SRI's, and they seem to be damned expensive. I don't know any good places to get them. T.T

First of all you can look for a used CAI for $240-$250, and the RRM one is cheaper than the one you posted. The thing isn't about their not being enough "lower priced" SRI's, it's that there aren't alot of SRI's in the first place.

Ah, I don't know about buying used... nothing wrong with it or anything, but I always have this satisfaction of getting something brand new for myself.

As far as comparing the RRM one and the HPS one, I like how the HPS comes with a K&N filter. Just a name I trust, that's all.

And I know a while back K&N's RRM dropped in price, but that thing used to be around $400. I was waiting forever for it to drop, and when it finally did, I noticed that CAI's were also a little lower... so I was debating which to get.

Sorry for the double post, but I was looking around for this intake, and I noticed that the general price is actually lower than $240.

http://www.redlinemotive.com/part-nu...ce/27-162r.asp $171

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mitsu...02010004r31259 $191

So, that's pretty good! O.o

yes I remember that.

SRI i think just add torque

CAI add torque and HP as states in the link for the injen CAI that duff posted

better off getting a CAI then a SRI if power is what your looking for
