Greddy that would be a good plan but unfortunately I haven't had a chance to pick up/clear the shipments yet. customs is open 9-5 mon - fri during which time i'm working. Im trying to swing some time off but its pretty difficult right now. Unless something comes up right now the soonest I can get off during the week for sure is toward the end of next week. Depending on what everyone wants to do we can meet up at KC that sunday or the following wednesday during the regular TLC meet.

I just need to know what everyone prefers since I'm going to have to rent a van to haul all of the diffusers to the meet on whatever evening is decided .

I appreciate everyone's patience and co-operation.

I'm leaning more toward wednesday so guys like Long, greedy, myself, ect. can just make the one trip and be at the club meet instead of making a special one sunday.

Unless I hear a bunch of guys saying they really want it sunday..

until that time, hear is a teaser pic I received for everyone, a couple of our modified single exhaust diffusers with the original dual on top all before paint.

just tossing out a suggestion so you don't need to go through the hassel of renting a truck..
what if you cleared customs on a weekday near the evening and then we meet you at the airport to pick up our pieces?

While this is a good suggestion I still need a vehicle to gather the diffusers in during the day to remove them from the cargo holding area and bring them out beyond the airport security area.

We cant all meet at cargo because if their is a officer at the security check points then no one will get through without my paper work.
Also cargo closes at 5 for pickup so with guys working during the day is would be hard anyway..

I have friday of next week off and wednesday of the week after off so ideally easiest for everyone I think is to meet wednesday night at KC for the regular meet. I`ll already have the truck/van rented for that day to pick the diffusers up so I dont have to pay for multiple days and the out of town guys like greedy, sly, russki ect. can come out and not be making a special trip.

^^ok guess it must be with a different shipper. Last few times I cleared customs with DB shencker and I just showed the warehouse guys my release forms and they drove my shipment out on a forklift onto the parking lot for me. There was no security after that and the parking lot was empty....that was why i suggested picking it up after work..just wanted to toss out a suggestion..

No it is schenker, but if I recall there arn't there two check points when entering that area of the air port driving in off brittania rd...? also wouldn't really want to have the shipment sitting in the parking lot waiting for everyone to arrive since I would have to go before 5 to clear customs and pick up from cargo before they close...

Plus with this not being a commercial sale/business deal I'd rather stay away from 15+ guys showing up picking up parts to avoid anyone security/police asking questions..

hdrasta everyone will be getting the single outlet version.
