just finished install, it was alright, not as easy as i thought. only complaint was some of the clips were a pain to get out with all the dust/dirt in the fenders.

i am FURIOUS, got pulled over tonight and the police officer said they were too "reflective."
is it just me or do all lancers get pulled over excessively for no reason?

Oh man, f*ck the police. I got pulled over the other day and the cop tried to give me random unncessary tickets - both attempts failed. tried to say my insurance was expired my showing me the year old temporary, and also tried to say my HID fogs were illegally modified headlights. I told him those are fog lights and not headlights and he went looked it up - probably had to google it cause he's a moron and let me off without tickets.

To be honest, fight that ticket. its going to be overthrown in a second. its just the retarded moron trying to meet his quota

Lol they even have a ticket for too reflective mudflaps lol, you also could say they were brand new installed for less than a day, that's why they are so reflective.

Install was a breeze lol even tho I had to re-install them because I put them on backwards lol.

as the Ay pointed out to me already there is even a ticket for not having mudflaps if your cars tires are wider.

WTF, who comes up with this stuff

it is ridiculous, and cops want respect? haaa! i get pulled over for 'routine checks' way too often and im starting to wonder why, im starting to get fed up. Couldn't believe it, I thought mud flaps were a good thing to have on! for the price of the ticket i could get another set, but i'm definitely not going to be paying this one. I will take a picture of the flaps AND the paint splattered along the side of my car from freshly painted lines on the road (before mudflaps) to justify them.
