S&S Dampener Kit

S&S Fabrication is bringing to the table years of experience with exhaust and special projects and recently, Ian from S&S is committed to cranking out an affordable and reliable Dampening kit. We have already started working together with older lancers and now the current generation Lancer. But in the very near future we will be looking for some Ralliart and EVO X guys to donate their body to science Body of the car that is

I am going up to visit them this week so I will be reporting back costs that might be involved.

Slyy has already committed to helping out with one of our Exhaust projects

Chassis vibration is their but not too bad unless you literally strip all your interior out. You do feel the engine more but it helps with wheel hop issues. If you are into feeling the car while you drive is a definite good add on. I know for my ralliart 05 the engine moves a lot but development is coming for the newer ones. Mine right now is a solid dampener but literally sky is the limit to what you like such as fluid dampener, urethane inserts ect..

they just might take you up on that

Rubberduckey will speak with Ian and get a time line to see how rapidly we can move on the more advanced EVO X / Ralliart setup

Well anytime is good just look for a date and I can forward it. Price wise I cannot disclose since sky is the limit to what you want to do.

Good day too all.

I recently had a local shop custom make a solid engine dampener on my 05 lan ralliart (4g69) which helped to lessen the engine movement (as most lancer drivers know our engine rocks back and forth like crazy and engine dampeners dont come easy). I have been testing this dampener since Febuary and love the unit. I do feel that more power is being directed to the wheels during driving. This unit is very easy to install and adjustable in length but my inquiry is how many people are intrested in the unit? These dampeners are made by a local shop that specialize in custom jobs and the unit would be milled from aluminum *got pics but it's prototype*. cost would be $100 cdn for solid setup.

PM me for any furthur questions.
Thank you for you time
