"fog light yellow"
you referring to an HID kit? vs. a halogen bulb.
If that is the case, I wouldnt go to via ebay. stick with a reputable brand that has a long track record. there are a few companies around that have high end stuff. but your looking for UV filtered bulbs, if not you may have temperature problems with melting housings. Not all kits will do that, but if your taking a random one, the changes are pretty high that you will have melting issues.
Its partly the fault of mitsubishi for not using a better build quality for their housings. Also some regular bulb and hid companies dont filter their bulbs

^buy laminex yellow film ($10) and buy yourself a pair of nokya yellow h11 bulbs ($25)
or you can go on ebay and buy yourself a completely new foglight housing ($95), buy a 35W hid kit and hook it up with 4000k bulbs (>$100).
the first method will run you $35
the latter >$200
your choice.
this is what the $35 solution looks like
