Everyone is entitled to an opinion but everyone must respect everyone else.

This goes for EVERYONE ON THE FORUM. so I address it to all, not any select group or individual. Do not fan the flames further.
Paraphrasing something said by one of the moderators, "Higher Levels of Douchbaggary will not be tolerated".
As stated this is a public forum, but not a place to disrespect people regardless of who they are. The whole purpose of this forum is to talk, debate, and just talk.

If you have a difference of opinion, make your point and move on.

^No flames here

You need to teach the noobs that not everyone is going to like their car or the mods they do, and it's a public forum so if he posts pics of his GF and I say she's ugly it's my personal opinion and EVERYONE is allowed to have one. And the second someone starts cussing at me or comes with disrespect they are going to receive the same or worse, but even if this noob responds with more foolishness I won't say anything further because my points have already been proven. And I don't feel like getting banned for voicing my personal opinion...

Again, if your point is to just state your opinion on something, does it make sense to make it even more personal and say something about a girlfriend, or mother, or what ever. If you think your making your point by saying something like that. I dont think it will do much help anything.

If you get banned its by your own hand is all i am saying.

Noob or not, if you cant have respect for other people, why bother posting. you dont have to like anyone on here, its not a requirement. Respect is.

but taking this back on topic, fitment does look off. is there anyway to mildly stretch the diffuser so it mounts flush to the rear bumper?

Everyone seems surprised.

Fiberglass is one of the crudest body materials to work with. Right off the mold you will get variation from one kit to another. Deviation can be very very high.

The only saving grace that Fiberglass has is that its Cheap and it is very easy to modify and build on.

Fitment is what kills Fiberglass cause it will vary and its weak in terms of impact. You are truely at the mercy of the bodyshop. If they have great skill, then they can figure out the best way to attack the fitment issues. that said, if you arrive at just any bodyshop and say, hey buddy here is 400 dollars do what you can. They are going to cut corners, paint it and presto.

The reason why I love FRP / Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic like What HOS uses. it will come from the mold perfect every single time. 0 fitment issues. that said the lip is going to be 3 times the cost.

The question you have to ask yourself, do you have the resources to prep and paint fiberglass.

So everyone who is calling the quality crap, doesnt really take into consideration the nature of fiberglass. The manufacturer in my opinion did an ok job. Cause trust me, I have seen far worse. Personally I would never touch fiberglass, just cause i dont have the resources to make it look perfect. But if you have a good bodyshop you can make it look great

I want to a body shop and they said its going to look like **** straight up. it wont sit flush, it will look stupid. and if I wanted it to look good I'd have to spend like $2000. I'm not spending that much for something I spent $260 (it should have been cheaper) I might have to cut my loses on this one, I acknowledge the effort tho.

I must say, the fitment does look like crap. And I feel sorry for the people in the group buy who wasted their hard earned money. Try calling the manufacturer and getting some sort of compensation so atleast you spent less on a piece of ****, than more on a piece of ****

fiberglass is rolling the dice. but, if you have a damn good shop that can put inthe time. you can make fiberglass look like anything.

when there were copycat HOS Urban kit out there in Fiberglass same thing applies. fitment was horrible. Guys would just end up not bothering and selling it. Again, its not totally on the manufacture, its more the material. Its never perfect. If they made of Urethane or ABS, the prep time is almost nothing.

Any company that makes fiberglass has this stuff happen. lol bodyshops charge alot, cause they know its a pain in the ***.

my 200 dollar rear bumper fiberglass bumper was 200 dollars and like 1200 dollars to put on and paint. a week later 17 year old kit rear ends the car. lol Bodyshop said , No F'ing way are we doing that again.

thats when I met HOS. I have abused the hell out of my lips and its still in one piece

^ Actually, I said that I had mine installed for 30$ at Unibody collisions because I sanded and plasti dipped it on my own. The mold on mine wasn't exactly terrible but not good either.

I went to 2 different auto body shops to ask about fitment and they both said to use weather stripping to fill in the gap..which is what I did
The use of wheel molding is a nice little trick to hide more of the gap..but please use the thin one

I don't know how everyone else's turned out, but I'm content with my diffuser and how it looks. It could be better but for $260, I wasn't expecting it to be perfect

I know I could get the same but they just slap it on and it will look like a 12 year old put it on. plus I have a custom exhaust

I might have to sand it and make sure it fits snug.

Stop trying to make it bigger than it is, the kid hasn't posted since and neither should you especially considering no one was talking to you or about you in the first place.

BTW: Remember that dyno day that was a fail and I still never got a second run? Where is my retribution? I will make sure we speak about that the next time I see you.
