I just want to know what I need in addition to the hood (if anything) in terms of lining, etc. Since the underprotection on the GTS isn't compatible with the vent hole locations.

As well I'm curious about if water from rain will be entering the engine bay through the vents and issues around that (if any).

 

Unfortunately, I cant really open the box and take it out since they are packed in their in a very particular way. 1 guy already picked his up and another person came and ordered paid and took one. But if someone else comes in I will see if I can get a picture in there if they decide to open it up.

Water wise, even if water drips down there will be no harm to the engine itself, at least that i know off. and in regards to the under coat protection, it should matter cause your paying for the warranty really. once the they paint it, its more or less guarenteed. if it starts rusting bad you can always have it repaired / fixed.

there is a vortex generator, spoiler, trunk, hoods. Seibon has a pretty damn good selection

the 05HR's are going to be restocked mid summer, but the normal retail for them are about $1340 Retail for the HSDMI05HR/Lancer/Ralliart 08+

EVO X = $1340 Retail (IN STOCK)
EVO X / light weight variant $1460 Retail (IN STOCK)

Actually, I will doing up a formal interview with Jeff for the HSD line and his thoughts on it. Comparing it to his previous high end KWs. I say this a million times now but I will be featured on our website, the budget was never enough and it took for ever, but now that JRP is stepping up and sponsoring a few things.
