I recieved a call today, get shuttled back to NB Mitsu and they fixed my suspension problem! They replaced the upper stut mounts, which were causing the low popping noises and it also fixed the odd noises going over bumps!

Does anyone know, is this fixed if I put in a full aftermarket suspension?

i believe so if you were to install coil overs, because you would remove everything. Correct me if I'm wrong, I've never had to replace mine with coils yet, but soon!!!
