I have spent a great deal of time and effort attempting to deal with Brampton Mitsubishi over the years. Recently I have reached a tentative agreement to formally bring Brampton Mitsubishi in to the fold of our TLC Gold alliance.

Effective December 1st,

* 13% Discount across the board on all Services and services. With one or two exclusions on Oil Changes (logic is, Dealership does not make profit on Oil Changes)

* Affordable service and aftermarket parts policy

* Aftermarket Body Styling policy - Vlips, Urban Lips, and body accessories will be purchase from the dealership.

* Sunday TLC service and parts sales once a quarter

* MOD friendly status - Dealership has the option to refuse service on things they do not see as safe or may void your warranty. But will not hold any mods against you. "EVOSOUL's words of wisdom- Dont show up with more aftermarket mods than god and tuned to the moon and expect not to be flag. Especially if you doing summing like lowering your car and complaining why the inside of your tires are bald. again use common sense"

* All previous history, good or bad is not in question. Brampton's performance will be judged here on in.

* Anyone who has a dispute with Brampton Mitsubishi should....
a) speak with the service manager
b) if that fails, speak with the General Manager
