This cant be right?
this might be a VIN copy scheme
basically they find an exact same model and color of the vehicle in another state in US copy their VIN number and then replicate that VIN on to the stolen car. Since in U.S. the States does not share their motor vehicles informations with one another.

basically, if you search any car, u'll see ads like this all over craigslist, they all have the same basic things too. lots of random characters in the title, extremely low price for new car. to even think about this as legitimate is stupidity lol.
Should have seen the number of scams I got when trying to find a place to live ... 90% of them were people who were working in Africa and would send the keys through DHL after sending them payment information. It's always the same copy/paste answer where they don't mention anything about you or answer any specific questions you ask.
It's really too bad it's become so hard to find a good deal on things these days without coming across things like that.

Read top from bottom to top, I emailed them... Notice that they say "my wife in the initial response and its signed Marcia" also the cookie cutter responses... SCAM CITY!!!
Let me show you how this works:
1. -After you'll give me your full name and shipping address(where you want to receive the car),I'll initiate the transaction
2. -eBay will contact you with all info you need regarding shipping and payment instructions
3. -You will confirm the payment to ebay
4. -I will contact the shipping company to start the shipping(with all shipping costs already paid by me)
5. -You'll receive the car in front of your door with the bill of sale received from eBay.
6. -You'll have 5 days inspection period; after inspection period,if you are not satisfied, contact ebay and send the car back, you will not be charged for shipping it back!
7. -If you decide to keep it ,just contact ebay to release me the funds, I will not receive any money until you have received and inspected the car.
This is the process. If you agree with these terms send me your full name and the address where you want the car to be delivered and I will initiate the transaction with eBay. They will send you the payment instructions and shipping details.
I will appreciate an answer as soon as possible. Also, feel free to ask me any question you may have.
Thank you.

Hi,
The car is available to sale and the final price is $5,850. The car is in perfect condition and looks exactly like in the pics. The VIN: JA3AW86V88U044075 and you can verify yourself on carfax, the car have 28,257 miles. It have no scratches or something like that. It was always covered and regular maintenance and service has been performed. There are no mechanical problems of any kind. It is a pleasure to drive it. My current location is in Portugal, my wife and I just moved here due our jobs.
It might seem a low price and it is but for me is a good price because I cannot use the car anymore in the current location and the best option for me is to sell it where it belongs. So my lost will be your gain. The car is in Detroit at the shipping company ready to be shipped anywhere. If you need more info about engine, pics, etc. just ask me.
So if you're still interested, just let me know asap and we will discuss the transaction procedure. I prefer eBay like a escrow service to handle this.
Thank you, Marcia
