I think this new's got some truth behide it...

This new completely changed my mind in regards to getting rid of my evo in two years. This sucks big time knowing I won't be able to droll over new evo specs anymore. I wish I was born 20 years earlier so I can start buying evos from evo 3's.
It's saddening knowing I own the last Evo. I was always a fan, even had evo toy cars when I was a kid.

talked about it last week already. And I knew about this since November. I know everything thats going on in JAPAN right now. That said, nothing is finalized. Mitsubishi has now 3 road map proposals. the sad part is, Ralliart Division is no longer at the table since they closed their doors. Autoblog is just spinning a story. Mitsubishi likely didnt say anything because they are gauging public reaction. Read the words again. There is on thing preventing what this article is saying from happening. This is why there is still division in the ranks.

OH NO mitsubishi is following in hondas foot steps . If this is true its a sad day for evo owners but then again not like mitsubishi ever warrantied the evo. Guess they just dont care abo the evo or its owners.

^^^^ The RX-7 died... the 3000GT VR4... the Supra died... the NSX died... the Integra died... the Prelude died... the 300ZX and 240SX died... IS300 is gone in it's initial sporty format... so I guess good things do eventually come to an end.

I dunno... I really saddened by this news. I feel as if somebody just told me a close relative died. I would much rather hear that Mitsu is making a hybrid EVO than killing the brand all together.

Honestly... if Mitsu kills the EVO... I can't really say I'd buy another Mitsu product. I'm probably going to e-mail Mitsu and just let my thoughts be known.

 

To tell you the truth I personally hate Mitsubishi! the only reason I own one is bc I love Evos.. other then that I think they are just Jap scrap like the other garbage these Jap. companys come out with! I do really like all these newer models tho, Lancer/RA/Evo
I did own a RSX-S,,, it was OK.. the best thing about it wasnt the V talk lol it was the weight factor! also had its looks I guess
FTL but still better then Subaru IMO lol

 

say waaat? the RSX-S was just OK? It was the best of its class, and if it wasn't Vtec your after you shouldn't be owning a Type S. The sweet engine sound that it makes on high rpm is awesome. I have yet to find a car to sounds so awesome, well other than the S2K and the B series in the ITRs
